ON THE DAY

Day of Goods

Enhance your celebration with thoughtfully designed day of stationery, signage and other offerings to delight and impress your guests.

  • Based on your event needs and vision, we can design a variety of day of paper and signage items that can include but not limited to:

    • Welcome signs/banners

    • Ceremony booklets

    • Seating charts/banners

    • Bar, directional and other smaller signage/banners

    • Table numbers

    • Place/Escort cards

    • Favours

    • Menus

    • Vow books

    • Custom artwork & design based on your vision

    • Digital proofs and rounds of revisions

    • High quality papers and materials sourced and created for you

    • Day of goods mailed to you with set up guides and helpful tips

    • Keepsake day of items with all the bells & whistles in a linen box

    • Additional suite sets for your photographer and/or wedding planner

  • The minimum investment begins at $400+ USD for our custom day of goods services, regardless of item and quantity. Depending on your event’s needs and vision, the average DDS client can expect to invest $1000+ USD for a combination of basic day of paper and signage items.

    No two events are the same so please submit an inquiry to receive a custom package and quote for all the items you are interested in!

Our Process

  • 1. CONNECT AND DISCOVER

    To get started, take a moment to fill out and submit the inquiry form below. Once I receive your details, I’ll reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation. This is our chance to get to know each other and explore your vision—what matters to you, what you love, and how we can bring it all together through custom stationery and signage. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and ensure we’re a good fit to work together!

  • 2. PROPOSAL AND BOOK

    Following our call, I’ll put together a tailored proposal that includes a visual mood board and 3 custom package options for you to choose from. Once you choose your package, sign the agreement, and pay the 50% retainer, you’re officially a DDS client! 

    Not ready to commit to all the details yet? You can always begin with our basic package and build from there.

  • 3. DESIGN AND REFINE

    This is the fun part where all your ideas begin to take visual form. I’ll develop initial concept sketches based on everything we discussed, and from there, create polished digital mockups for your review. Together, we’ll collaborate closely through thoughtful revisions to ensure every detail feels personal, intentional, and true to your event. 

    This stage typically takes 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of your designs and response times. 

  • 4. CREATE AND DELIVER

    Once your final designs are approved and remaining balance is received, production begins. Every step is carefully managed from print, full assembly and packaging to ensure everything arrives beautifully prepared to you. Your delivery includes guidance for mailing or setup — plus extra copies for your photographer or planner.

    Production stage typically takes 3-4 weeks depending on complexity of designs and materials.

Hi, I’m Caroline and I’m excited to meet you!

From a young age, I found joy in creating —whether it was folding paper into intricate shapes or doodling in my notebooks. This passion blossomed into careers in fine art and design which eventually led to the creation of Daon Design Studio. Here, I blend my love for art, design and stories to craft heartfelt and functional pieces that celebrates the love and joy of your special moments.

Outside of Daon Design Studio, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our affectionate but sassy rescue dog, Geumjoo.
